A supercenter is a program, not a building. This one packed 198,000 SF of retail plus interior tenant spaces, offices, an auto center, and a pickup canopy into a schedule set by a grand-opening date that doesn't move.

In Leesburg we delivered the full scope ground-up and turnkey. The store opened on schedule in 2019.
