Farragut Town Center at Biddle Farms started with streets, utilities, and grading, built while the residential phases went up next door. Roughly 60,000 SF of retail and restaurant shells followed: Aldi as the anchor, with Chase, Tupelo Honey, Super Chix, Parlor Doughnuts, and more.

The tenant lineup opened for business in 2024 at Farragut's new town center.
