IND3 is one of Walmart's largest fulfillment centers at 3,508,406 SF, and we added 27 aisles of full-height high-bay storage without taking anything offline. Scope included the storage structure itself with access stairs and work platforms, overhead MEP, and fire protection, all tied into the facility's existing systems.

Integration was the challenge, with new capacity connecting to live systems while the building kept operating. The project is in progress, with completion scheduled for March 2027.
