Phased turnover for a working fulfillment center.

Walmart's DFW5 fulfillment center was delivered in phases, with portions of the building turned over while construction continued elsewhere. Our scope covered structural steel and support for the material handling systems, coordinated with Walmart and its trade partners so each turnover landed on schedule.
