Walmart CVG1 – Distribution Center Conversion

Conversion of a 1,000,000 SF former Hayneedle building in Monroe, Ohio into Walmart's CVG1 e-commerce fulfillment center.

A million square feet repurposed for e-commerce.

Walmart needed a fulfillment center in Monroe, Ohio, and it needed it on Walmart's timeline. Rather than build new, we converted the former Hayneedle building, one million square feet rebuilt for an entirely different operation.

Scope included hydrogen fueling infrastructure, a full interior office renovation, and a new maintenance department with welding and wash bays. The building opened as a fully operational e-commerce fulfillment center in 2020.
