Tulane Crossing turned a vacant lot next to Main Street Lofts into a neighborhood retail center for Oak Ridge’s growing Main Street district. Along with all three phases of the 226-unit apartment community, J.A. Fielden built the retail center next door. It includes a standalone restaurant building for First Watch on South Tulane Avenue and retail space along South Illinois Avenue. Tenants include First Watch, a full-service Chase Bank branch, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and an AFC Urgent Care clinic, putting dining, banking and healthcare within walking distance of residents.
