Hankook Tire – Engineering Building

A design-build second-story engineering addition constructed on top of and inside Hankook Tire's operating Clarksville plant.

Hankook needed engineering office space and more room for tire product storage, and the only place to put both was on and inside a plant that couldn't pause. We delivered the project design-build: a second-story Engineering Building addition, conversion of first-floor office space to product storage, secondary stair access, and a new siphonic drain system.

Structural work happened over occupied space with production continuing below. The new space opened in 2021 without interrupting plant operations.
