Hankook Tire – Construction Management

Hankook Tire planned a second phase of construction at its Clarksville plant, with 903,154 GSF across the main plant and eleven subsidiary buildings. Before committing, the owner needed cost certainty. We managed the schematic design and bridging documents and ran the cost estimating that turned a program into a number the owner could stand behind.

Value engineering across the twelve buildings delivered $32.36M in optimized savings, including $26M from optimized square footage, and landed the program at $173 per square foot total cost. The engagement was completed in 2022.
