Pine 25 sits two blocks from Camp North End, in a Charlotte neighborhood that was building up around the project as fast as the project itself. Fourteen buildings had to fit a constrained site: four residential buildings of one to three stories and ten carriage buildings with garages, coordinated as one vertical construction schedule.
