A 290-home, all-cottage apartment community with loft options on a lakeside site in Savannah, Georgia.
Cottages at Emerald Cove brought the cottage-style community to the Lowcountry: 290 apartment homes with loft options, lake access, fitness facilities, a clubhouse, and outdoor gathering spaces. A lakeside coastal site means stormwater, soft soils, and weather exposure factor into every phase, across every one of the community's buildings.
We delivered all 290 homes on the lake in 2017.
286 luxury apartments in seven four-story buildings at Biddle Farms Town Center, built alongside active retail construction.
