Borough 33 sits on 20 acres in Chattanooga's emerging South Broad District, where apartments, a joint-venture townhome component, and retail were built at the same time. It was the first South Broad development granted a massing variance above 12,000 SF.
Through a public-private partnership with the City of Chattanooga, the project also delivered an extension of the Riverwalk pathway. In 2022 we completed 310 apartments in three buildings with a pool, fitness center, and resident amenities.
