105 mixed-income units opening the redevelopment of Knoxville's historic Austin Homes site.

Knoxville's first mixed-income affordable community.

First Creek at Austin replaced 1940s public housing on a 23-acre urban site while preserving the neighborhood's history and meeting LIHTC requirements. Phase 1, completed in 2022, delivered nine multifamily and townhome buildings, 105 mixed-income units, and 130 structured parking spaces.

The community leased almost immediately and anchors the 446-unit First Creek at Austin transformation.
